1. Umumiy malaka talablari (daromad me'yorlari o‘zgargan)
İqtisodiy mustaqillik (GNI me'yorlari o‘zgargan): Doimiy yashash huquqi olishda qo‘llaniladigan Koreya banki e’lon qilgan o‘tgan yil 1 kishi uchun milliy daromad (GNI) me'yori o‘zgargan. Hozirda qo‘llaniladigan GNI me'yorlari 4,995 ming 5 ming so‘m (taxminan 50 million so‘m ichida) haqida. Eski ma'lumotlarning 44 million so‘m dan sezilarli darajada misolga olingan, shuning uchun ma'lumot berishda tuzatish zaruriyodir.
Do‘stlikning a’lo darajali misollari (muhim): Koreya tilidagi imkoniyatlar a’lo (Ijtimoiy integratsiya dasturi 5-bosqichni o‘tkazgan), yoki mahalliy boshlang‘ich, o‘rta va yuqori maktab graduatsiyasi, mahalliy bakalavr darajasi va undan keyin daraja olingan do‘stlar GNIning 70% (taxminan 3,497 ming so‘m) va undan ortiq ishlayishda yashash imkoniyatlari qabul qiladi.
Basic moral and behavior: KIIP program completion and Korean law compliance are strictly reviewed as before.
2. Foreign national compatriots target qualification change requirements
F-4 holders: 2 years continuous residence in Korea and GNI income requirements (70% GNI special case) are satisfied for change.
H-2 holders (note system changes): Due to changes in immigration policy, the transition from H-2 to F-4 and integration trend is stronger. When switching from H-2 to permanent residence, only individual income is recognized, and strict requirements such as long-term employment in the same company in permitted industries such as manufacturing, agriculture, animal husbandry and fisheries are maintained. (In practice, many cases go to permanent residence after first switching to F-4.)
3. F-5 permanent residence rights benefits and scope of activity
Simple manual labor is included in employment activities with no restrictions as before, and duty to extend residence time is exempted.
Renewal of residence card: Renewed every 10 years from the date of issuance, and if not renewed within the period, a fine of less than 2.5 million won is levied.
4. KIIP social integration program and exemption targets
60 years and above special case: 60 years and above compatriots on the application date are exempted from the basic moral (Korean language ability) proof requirements such as the social integration program.
Other exemption targets: Local doctorate degree holders, minors 13 years and below, already demonstrated Korean language ability in past other residence qualification applications, and recognized exemption fact is included.
