In accordance with Article 7, Paragraph 7 of the Enforcement Decree of the Immigration Control Act, the wage requirement standards to be applied to the issuance of visa issuance certificates for Specific Activity (E-7) residence status, etc., from February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026, are hereby announced as follows.

□ Wage Requirement Standards for Specific Activity (E-7) Residence Status

• Professional Personnel (E-7-1): Annual 31.12 million won or more
• Semi-Professional Personnel (E-7-2): Annual 25.89 million won or more
• General Skilled Personnel (E-7-3): Annual 25.89 million won or more
• Skilled Personnel (E-7-4): Annual 26.00 million won or more

□ Exemptions from Application
○ For job categories where the Minister of Justice has set different wage requirement standards to protect national employment, etc., those standards apply.
□ Application Period
○ From February 1, 2026, to December 31, 2026 (Existing wage requirement standards apply until January 31, 2026.)
