We will provide Ansan City Foreign Resident Consultation Support Center with score calculation for eligibility.

Main Targets : Foreigners holding existing E-9 (Non-Professional Employment), E-10 (Seafarer), H-2 (Visit and Employment) visas who wish to work in population-declining areas.

Eligibility : E-7-4R visa can be applied for with at least 2 years of legal residency within the past 10 years.

        If the planned workplace is in a population-declining area, holders of job-seeking (D-10) status with prior residency as skilled worker (E-7-4) are also eligible.

Benefits / 

- Must have an annual salary of 26 million KRW or more and sign an employment contract of 2 years or longer.

- Spouse and children invitation possible : E-7-4R visa holders can invite spouses (F-3-3R) and minor children. Spouses can also engage in simple labor employment within population-declining areas.

- More advantageous scoring than E-7-4 visa, increasing visa change success rate.

- Can be extended without limit on number of times if requirements are met.

- Can work as skilled workers in various fields such as foundational industries, agriculture, forestry and fisheries, general manufacturing, construction, transportation businesses, etc.
