Documents Required for Workplace Change
The documents required for a foreign worker's workplace change may vary slightly depending on the employment center, so it is best to contact the relevant employment center to confirm accurate information. Generally, the following documents are required.
1. For the Foreign Worker
Workplace Change Application Form: Complete it according to the form provided by the employment center.
Copy of Alien Registration Card: A document to verify the individual's identity.
Copy of Passport: A document to verify the individual's identity.
Resignation Confirmation Letter issued by the previous employer: A resignation confirmation letter obtained from the previous workplace.
2. For the New Employer
Copy of Business Registration Certificate: A document proving the employer status.
Copy of Lease Agreement: A document proving the workplace lease relationship.
Employment Contract: An employment contract signed between the new employer and the foreign worker.
3. Other Documents
Workplace Change Reason Confirmation Letter: A document proving the reason for the workplace change. (e.g., proof of employer's bankruptcy, proof of violation of labor standards law, etc.)
Copy of Employment Permit: Copy of the existing employment permit (if applicable)
4. Precautions
Notes when preparing documents:
