Overseas Korean (F-4) Visa
■ Application is required under the 'Act on the Immigration and Legal Status of Overseas Koreans' for overseas Koreans with foreign nationality who wish to reside long-term in the Republic of Korea
1. Eligible Recipients
A. Overseas Koreans with foreign nationality
① A person who previously held Republic of Korea nationality and acquired foreign nationality
② A person who acquired foreign nationality and whose parent or grandparent held Republic of Korea nationality
B. Validity Period and Stay Period
ο Multiple-entry visa valid for 5 years, allowing stay up to a maximum of 2 years
C. Restrictions on Activities During Stay in Korea
ο A person entering the Republic of Korea with Overseas Korean (F-4) status must not engage in the following activities
- Simple manual labor activities
- Activities that violate good morals, such as gambling, or other social order
- Other cases deemed necessary to restrict employment for maintaining public interest or domestic employment order
