Until when should I file an objection?
▪ Objection can only be filed within 30 days from the date of receiving the refugee non-recognition decision or the refugee recognition revocation/withdrawal notice. (Refugee Act Article 21 Paragraph 1)
▪ When calculating the period, the first day is not included, and if the last day falls on a Saturday or public holiday, the application can be made until the following day. (Civil Act Article 157, Article 161)
▪ If an objection is filed after 30 days from the date of receiving the refugee non-recognition decision or the refugee recognition revocation/withdrawal notice, it may be dismissed as an unlawful objection. (Enforcement Decree of the Refugee Act Article 11 Paragraph 1)
