The Foreign Workforce Policy Committee (Chairperson: Director of the Prime Minister's Office) is established under the Prime Minister's Office to annually determine the scale of foreign worker introduction, permitted industries, and select sending countries in connection with domestic labor supply and demand trends. The committee consists of no more than 20 members including the chairperson, and establishes the foreign worker introduction plan after deliberation and resolution.
