This refers to the 'number of regularly employed workers.' The calculation method is determined by dividing the total number of workers employed during the one month prior to the date when the legal application reason (such as payment of shutdown allowance, determining whether 5 or more employees, etc.) occurs at the relevant business site by the number of operating days during the same period. In calculating the number of regular employees, the scope of workers included in the total headcount refers to all workers employed at the business or business site, regardless of employment type such as regular workers, fixed-term workers, and part-time workers.
