The certificate of facts regarding entry and exit certifies an individual's records of entry and exit to and from the Republic of Korea. To protect personal information, applications for issuance of the certificate are limited to the individual themselves or a person authorized by the individual. Applications for certificate issuance can also be made via postal mail through the post office or by fax through the township, town, or district offices of local governments. However, identification documents such as ID cards and authorization letters must be provided.
