A deportation order is an order to leave the country issued by the office director, branch office director, or protection facility director to a foreigner who has violated the Immigration Control Act. The subjects include cases where a foreigner recognized as having suspicions corresponding to grounds for forced deportation attempts to leave at their own expense, fails to comply after receiving a departure recommendation, or it is deemed appropriate to take departure measures for a person who has received a notification disposition, etc.
Unlike forced deportees who are listed on the entry restriction list for a long period, foreigners who receive a deportation order are subject to visa issuance restrictions for a certain period, which differentiates it from forced deportation.
