The departure recommendation is a system that recommends departure to foreigners whose violation of the Immigration Control Act is minor. The targets are those who are engaging in activities outside their status of residence or violators of their period of stay with minor violations, as well as those who have violated the Immigration Control Act or orders under the Immigration Control Act, and whom it is deemed necessary to recommend departure.
