It refers to the forced expulsion of foreigners who have violated the Immigration Control Act out of the Republic of Korea against their will. The subjects of forced deportation, such as illegal entrants, illegal overstayers, and foreigners who have been released after being sentenced to imprisonment or heavier penalties, are stipulated in Article 46 and Article 68, Paragraph 4 of the law.
