A business owner who has obtained a Special Employment Permission Certificate must submit the Employment Commencement Report and Standard Employment Contract to the local Employment Center within 14 days from the start date of employment when hiring a worker with Visiting Employment Stay Status (H-2) visa to report the contract details with the foreign worker.
