A case where the employer who pays wages and maintains the employment relationship does not match the user who gives work instructions. A dispatched worker is someone employed by the dispatching business owner but dispatched to work at the business site of the receiving business owner. Therefore, they receive management regarding wages and employment status from the dispatching business owner, but receive work-related directions and orders from the receiving business.
