Sanctions for violating the joint work order within factories and workplaces. In principle, regarding disciplinary actions, labor and management joint norms should establish the relevant reasons, types, and procedures, and especially the disciplinary procedure must be handled by a disciplinary committee composed jointly by labor and management. In this regard, it is common to include provisions in employment rules or collective bargaining agreements regarding integrity, pay reduction, demotion, reprimand, warning, suspension from work, and disciplinary dismissal. For such disciplinary dispositions to take effect, first, disciplinary rules must be established and fully known to the workers; second, the requirements, types, and effects of the disciplinary action must be detailed; third, it must be carried out through legal procedures; and fourth, the relevant worker must be given the opportunity for a hearing and to make a defense.
