Accidents such as explosions at chemical plants, falls or collapse incidents at construction sites, etc., that lead to workers' deaths or cause a large number of casualties at once. In other words, it refers to accidents with a severe degree of harm, specifically the following cases: ①Accidents with 1 or more fatalities②Accidents with 2 or more injured persons requiring 3 months or more of medical care occurring simultaneously③Accidents with 10 or more injured or ill persons occurring simultaneously
