What is an All Worker?

Refers to a person who provides labor for the purpose of wages, including foreign workers. Therefore, it includes not only regular workers but also temporary and daily workers.
① Those who worked for a short period (less than 15 days in a month or less than 45 days in 3 months)
② Excludes overseas dispatched workers and overseas branch workers, in the case of foreign companies, foreign workers dispatched from their home country headquarters to Korean branches, and workers dispatched from dispatch companies.
