What is a Wage Claim?

Author:system
The right of a worker to claim payment of wages from the employer by providing certain labor services. Wages are formally established by a labor sale contract between the employer and the worker, and they take effect as a claim when the labor services promised by the worker are completed. This wage claim is given more importance than other general claims. For example, the Civil Procedure Act stipulates that 'an amount not exceeding half of the remuneration received due to the worker's labor services or condolence money for their bereaved family' is designated as a non-seizable claim.
