Wages refer to all monetary payments made by the employer to the employee as remuneration for labor, regardless of the name such as wages, salary, or any other designation. Regardless of the name such as daily pay, salary, pay, allowance, monthly salary, etc., all payments made by the employer to the employee under an employment relationship as compensation for labor are included in wages. Specifically, personal income excluding the deposit for taxi drivers, service charges distributed to hotel employees, part-time allowances, performance-based pay according to contracts or results, etc., all qualify as wages, but actual expense reimbursements such as travel expenses, transportation expenses, meal allowances, etc., are not included in wages.
