The intern employee system is a program where companies provide on-site training for 2 to 4 weeks during vacation periods to university juniors and seniors, and then hire them as full-time employees unless there is a special disqualifying reason. In our country, since the LG Group first introduced it in 1984, the number of companies implementing this system has increased amid the wave of disrupting traditional recruitment methods.
