A benefit paid to survivors (bereaved family members) in addition to the survivors' benefit, in cases where a worker dies due to an occupational accident caused by the employer's intentional act or negligence, and the survivors (beneficiaries) have agreed with the employer to claim this instead of damages under the Civil Act; the payment amount is collected from the employer in 4 installments over 1 year.
