This is the compensation provided when a worker dies due to a work-related cause. The employer must pay an amount equivalent to 1,000 days of the worker's average wage to the bereaved family (Labor Standards Act Article 82). Bereaved family compensation may be paid in installments in accordance with Article 82 of the Labor Standards Act.
