Monthly leave can be accumulated over one year for use or divided and used as needed. If the leave is not used, you can receive one day's regular wage as a monthly leave allowance, and in general, companies often include it in the monthly salary and pay it. Monthly leave can be used only within one year, and if it exceeds one year, the right to claim the leave is forfeited, but it can be claimed as an allowance within three years.
