Paid leave that the employer must grant to the employee every month. The employer must provide one day of paid leave per month, and this paid leave can be accumulated and used or divided for use at the employee's discretion within one year. However, if the employee is absent without leave, the monthly paid leave for that month does not accrue (Labor Standards Act Article 57).
