Author:system
A person who has objections regarding the confirmation of acquisition or loss of insured status, or regarding a decision on unemployment benefits, may request a review from the Employment Insurance Review Officer, and a person who has objections to that decision may request a re-review from the Employment Insurance Review Committee.
A review request must be filed within 90 days from the date the person becomes aware of the confirmation or decision, and a re-review request must be filed within 90 days from the date the person becomes aware of the decision on the review request. If there is further objection to the re-decision on the re-review request, an administrative lawsuit may be filed.
