What is a Regular Worker?

A person who has entered into an employment contract for one year or more and receives a fixed salary, or a person who is expected to be employed for one year or more and receives a fixed salary even if the employment contract period is not fixed.
① A person employed without a fixed period (generally called a full-time employee)
② A case where a person is hired as a full-time employee even if the work period is one year or less
③ Paid executives excluding self-employed business owners (such as president, CEO, executive director, managing director, full-time auditor, etc.) are included.
※ Exclusions: ① Unpaid non-standing executives
② Even if the tenure is one year or more, if the contract period is less than one year, or in the case of temporary or daily workers.
