What is a Contracting Company?

A company that conducts business according to a contracting agreement. Contracting agreement: A contract established when one party (the contractor) agrees to complete a certain task, and the other party (the contract giver) agrees to pay remuneration for the result of that task (tangible or intangible) (Civil Act Article 664).
