Author:system
A contract established by one party (the contractor) agreeing to complete a certain work, and the other party (the client) agreeing to pay remuneration for the result of that work (Civil Act Article 664). While a contract for work and services is a type of labor supply contract like employment or mandate, it is distinguished from employment or mandate by its characteristic focus on the 'completion of the work'.
