What is the Overseas Worker Supply Business?

It refers to a business that enters into a worker supply contract with a business operator located overseas and, pursuant to this contract, allows workers whom it employs to be used by others overseas, which is called the overseas worker supply business. In this context, the business operator located overseas is called the user, and the entity that supplies workers it employs overseas is called the supply business operator. To conduct the overseas worker supply business, one must possess certain assets and facilities in accordance with Article 33 of the Employment Security Act and Article 33 of the Enforcement Decree thereof, and obtain permission from the Minister of Employment and Labor.
