Author:system
A system in which a grievance handling committee, composed of up to three representatives from labor and management, listens to and handles workers' grievances, such as various difficulties related to personal information, reported verbally or in writing. When the grievance handling committee receives a grievance from a worker, it must notify the worker of the measures taken or other handling results within 10 days. For matters that the grievance handling committee finds difficult to handle, they are referred to the labor-management council for consultation and resolution.
