The continued employment support fund for pregnancy and childbirth is a system that provides financial support to employers who immediately re-employ contract and dispatched workers who are pregnant or on maternity leave to ensure employment stability for non-regular female workers. In this case, the employer must be enrolled in employment insurance, and the support amount is 400,000 won per month for 6 months to employers who sign an employment contract for a fixed period of 1 year or more, and for indefinite employment contracts, 600,000 won per month for the first 6 months, followed by 300,000 won per month for the subsequent 6 months.
