Career Development Plan (CDP, Career Development Program) is called by various names such as career management system, career development system, etc. The term Career originally implies a lifetime, so the essence of a career is forming one's career path over a lifetime, beyond just job experience or job transitions. CDP is a program that supports and promotes such long-term and continuous personal career development. The basic elements of CDP are as follows.

1) Career Path It clearly defines the path of moving from one job to another within each job area and what capabilities to enhance in the future.

2) Uses techniques such as competency, aptitude, and career evaluation analysis (Human Assessment Career) to evaluate an individual's current status.

3) Step-by-step education and training program Linked to the career path, it develops the necessary competencies at that point in time, systematically and plannedly cultivating talent.

4) Career Counseling Discuss one's career development with a professional counselor or supervisor.
