What is the Prohibition of Forced Labor Law?

It refers to the prohibition of forcing workers to engage in labor against their free will through means such as assault, intimidation, confinement, or other unjust restrictions on their mental or physical freedom (Labor Standards Act, Article 6). This is a matter of course from the perspective of respecting the worker's human dignity and can be seen as a specific application to labor relations of the provision in Article 12, Paragraph 1 of the Constitution regarding the right not to be subjected to forced labor.
