Useful Info

1. Present your passport, alien registration card, and account certificate copy to the National Pension Service branch, submit the lump-sum refund claim and airport payment application, and receive the receipt

2. On the day of departure, submit the receipt, passport, and airplane ticket to the National Pension Service Incheon Airport Counseling Center and receive the lump-sum refund payment decision notice and lump-sum refund payment instruction (for bank submission) (from 09:00 to 17:00)

3. Submit “lump sum refund payment order” and passport to Woori Bank Incheon International Airport branch and receive currency exchange receipt (by 17:30)

4. After passing through immigration, submit the exchange receipt and passport to the Woori Bank exchange office and receive the exchanged amount (until 21:00)
