What has changed? : From August 7, 2026, parents can obtain their minor children's 'Certificate of Entry and Exit Facts' online.

Why has it improved? : Previously, to receive a child's certificate, one had to visit a government office (such as an immigration office) in person, but now it can be applied for conveniently from home.
Points to note : If the parent-child relationship cannot be confirmed online, you must visit a government office in person as before.
