A group visa is a visa issued not to an individual but to a group, and the visa stamp is affixed only to the passport of the group leader. The targets for group visa issuance are diplomats temporarily visiting (A-1), conference attendees (C-3), group study tours (C-3), group tourism (C-3), or groups separately designated by the Minister of Justice.
